Constance Guisset

Constance Guisset was born in 1976 in Paris where she attended the ESSEC business School and Sciences-Po. After the studies she worked for a year in Japan at the Tokyo Parliament. Later she decided to change direction and undertake her studies in design by entering the ENSCI Design School, graduating in 2007. In the following years she won numerous awards including the "Grand Prix du Design de la Ville de Paris", the "Public of the Design Parade at La Villa Noailles ”and two scholarships awarded by the French institute for the enhancement of innovation and design. Nominated among the ten designers of the year in 2010 by Maison & Objet, Now! Design à vivre, also winning the Audi Talents Awards. In 2007 she opened her studio in Paris, starting to collaborate with various French companies in the furniture sector. She also designs accessories for fashion companies and industrial objects. She has created sets for many shows, exhibitions and well-known brands. For Fabbian she designs the modern Loop lamps. These are elegant chandeliers with a blown glass diffuser with an original shape, which convey a sense of lightness and movement, like the edge of a skirt blown by the wind.
