Serge & Robert Cornelissen

Serge Cornelissen is an architect graduated in 1993 from the Sint Lucas Institute in Gent, Belgium. In the same year he opened his own office, supported by Robert Cornelissen, a expert in lighting equipment. With over twenty years of experience in lighting design Serge Cornelissen combines aesthetics with technical aspects and different lighting needs. The studio is specializing in design of luminaires and systems for architectural lighting and constantly collaborates with various leading companies in this sector. In the creation of its products Cornelissen gives value to the sense of proportions and to the care of every single detail, proposing luminous solutions suitable for different spaces and contexts. For Axolight he designed the Rythmos, Shatter LED and Lik lamp collections.
