Daniel libeskind

Daniel libeskind
Daniel Libeskind, a Polish deconstructivist, is an architect with an internationally prominent personality. His architectures are resonant, original and sustainable, with the ability to evoke culture through iconic buildings that challenge the concept of contemporaneity. His studio is located in Berlin, opened after winning the competition for the construction of the Jewish Museum in the same city. He spent the first years of activity gaining didactic experiences in the United States. In 2003 he moved to New York after being selected to carry out the World Trade Center masterplan. The architect designs Ground Zero after the fall of the twin towers, including the Freedom Tower. His activity, however, does not stop only in America but is also present in Milan where he founded an experimental didactic laboratory, 'L'Architecture Intermundium', collaborating with Aldo Rossi. For Libeskind, architecture is a trace of the beyond expressed in complete and unitary forms on which to entrust the expression of the real and the invisible.
