Davide Oppizzi

Davide Oppizzi was born in Switzerland in 1971 and studied at the School of Applied Arts, the Ecole d'Arts Décoratifs. In 2001 Davide Oppizzi created his architecture and design company in Geneva, DCUBE, where he designed style objects for international fashion, jewelery, watchmaking, lighting, cosmetics and furniture markets. Davide Oppizzi prefers to use a craft approach to the creation of his projects and is constantly looking for new ways to work with materials and styles, with the help of new computer-based design technologies. Davide Oppizzi is also a professor of industrial design at a renowned Swiss design school. The Swiss designer Davide Oppizzi has created for Linea Light the collection of "2Nights" bedroom wall lamps. These LED wall lamps with a refined design are made of aluminum and can be oriented at will, with the possibility of creating suggestive luminous effects on the wall thanks to a perforated disc that can be applied on the upper part of the lamp.
