Mario Alessiani

Mario Alessiani, a talented thirty-year-old designer, has already created a wide range of original furniture.

His design philosophy focuses on the pursuit of simple objects, with each one being "a manifesto of good design." For Alessiani, it is essential to make objects that are simple and functional, yet cool, enhanced by vibrant colors that create visual appeal. Born in 1989, Alessiani initially specialized in science before deciding to continue his studies and dive into industrial product design.

He settled in Rome, where he started his career with smaller companies such as Lago, Ceramica Flaminia, Vist, and Bonduelle, before moving on to more prominent brands. After relocating to London, he worked with Jake Phipps, which allowed him to approach design in a more poetic way. Today, he is back in Italy, working with both national and international companies.

For Axo Light, he designed the Float lamp collection.
